Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the crickex platform and all services within it. By accessing services through the crickex website, mobile application, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Here, "user", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or accessing the platform. "crickex", "we", or "platform" refers to the authority operating the crickex service.

crickex reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your agreement to the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

Account Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To open an account on crickex and use any betting or casino service, you must be at least 21 years old. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. crickex may request a copy of your national ID or birth certificate at any time for age verification.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online betting is lawful in the country or region where you are located. crickex is not responsible for any breach of local law.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to exist, crickex reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings held in them.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension and the deposited funds may not be returned.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on crickex is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds will only be returned to the same account used to make the deposit.

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, crickex will investigate the account and may suspend it if necessary.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for verification. Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

2.3 Currency and Conversion

crickex processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not supported.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is not cash; the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn (wagering requirement). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

3.2 Other Promotions

Weekly Reload Bonus: 20% bonus on a deposit of ৳500 or more each week, up to ৳3,000 — 18x wagering.
Cricket Deposit Reward: 30% bonus once per month in the cricket section, up to ৳5,000 — 20x wagering.
Weekend Slots Deposit Bonus: 50% bonus in the slots section on weekends, up to ৳4,000 — 25x wagering.
Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,000 reward in your verified birthday month — 10x wagering.
Friend Referral Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 per successful referral — 15x wagering.

3.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

Misuse of the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, avoiding wagering requirements by using specific betting patterns, or claiming bonuses through multiple members of the same household — is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, crickex reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonuses and winnings and close the account.

crickex reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickex platform:

Conducting transactions using proceeds from money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to play or place bets.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an advantage.
Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
Using abusive or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other members.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to play.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, crickex may temporarily or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice. In such cases, any legitimately deposited funds will be returned, but all bonuses and bonus winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 Platform Technical Errors

If a technical issue causes funds to be credited to an account in error, or if abnormal results are displayed, crickex reserves the right to cancel those transactions. Taking advantage of such errors is prohibited.

VIP Program Terms

5.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback

The crickex VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are set for each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.2 Tier Change Policy

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a member's consistent activity and overall engagement. crickex reserves the right to set and change the VIP tier evaluation method. No specific turnover thresholds are publicly announced.

5.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

crickex may change the VIP benefits structure at any time. Members will be informed of changes as far in advance as reasonably possible before they take effect.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the crickex website and app — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and any other elements — is subject to the intellectual property rights of crickex or the relevant third parties. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit written permission.

6.2 Game Provider Rights

The games available on the platform — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe (Aviator) — are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective developers. These games are available solely for the purpose of playing through the platform in the designated manner.

Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Purpose of Data Collection

crickex uses members' personal data for account verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and providing relevant services. Data is not sold to third parties.

7.2 Security Measures

crickex uses SSL encryption and other technical measures to keep user data secure. However, it is not possible to guarantee complete security when transmitting data over the internet — users are therefore responsible for keeping their own login credentials confidential.

8.1 Limit-Setting Features

crickex believes that betting should be a form of entertainment. Members can set limits on their deposits, losses, or sessions. If problematic behaviour is identified, crickex may automatically impose limits on the relevant account.

9.2 Complaint Process

If you have a complaint, please first attempt to resolve it through live chat. If it cannot be resolved there, send a detailed complaint by email. crickex will review all complaints and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be addressed through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the applicable legal process may be followed. crickex's decision will be considered final unless a legal order directs otherwise.

Disclaimer of Liability and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

crickex endeavours to keep the platform running without interruption. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or disruption of third-party services. crickex accepts limited liability for any loss suffered by a member as a result of such unavailability.

10.2 Risk of Play

Online betting and casino games carry a risk of losing money. crickex makes no guarantee of winnings or specific outcomes. Members should play within their financial means. You are strongly advised not to wager money you cannot afford to lose.

10.3 Third-Party Integrations

The crickex platform uses third-party game providers and payment services. crickex is not directly liable for the quality or availability of these third-party services, although it endeavours to work with partners of the highest standard.

Applicable Law and General Provisions

11.1 Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect. The unenforceability of one part does not invalidate the entire document.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between crickex and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.
